With Heroes Club, we journeyed along the Everest Base Camp trek to visit the world’s highest elementary school. Afterward, we returned to Kathmandu, where we had the great honor of performing Wadaiko (Japanese drums) at the official ceremony commemorating the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Nepal.
The Kotodama the sacred spirit of the Japanese language and culture deeply resonated with the Nepalese audience, filling the venue with a wave of harmony and profound emotion.
Only when we nourish and elevate our own souls can each single strike of the drum carry a soul within it and truly move people’s hearts. This is precisely the same spirit that is poured into a single, mindful cup of tea.
Together, we aim to bring Japan and the world into Great Harmony. This journey with my fellow leaders has left us with the absolute conviction that “Love knows no borders.”
